Did you know that ScribOrder allows consumers to leave voicemail messages?  It does, and here is how it works.

First, the consumer will initiate the process in the Order Tracker.  They click the "Call Me Now" button.  Our automated attendant will call them and instruct them to leave a message.

Once the message is left, you will get a notification in the form of an exclamation point next to the "Process Orders" tab.  You will also see a red flag next to the order.

Then, click the "Process Orders" tab and select "Unread Notifications."

This will bring you to a screen to see the voicemail attached to the order.  You can then listen to the message and select "Clear Notice," and the notification will go away.

You can also access the voicemail through the order.
