These notes describe changes to the following products:
• ScribEnroll/ScribChoice

Description: Created a new “Student Comments” box on the application which will be
displayed on all applications for that student during that same school year. The previous
“Work Comments” box has been renamed “Application Comments” and will only display on that one application. “Student Comments” will appear on any current or new application completed in that school year for that same student.

Description: A new email tag has been created to show the Grade Level on email
communications that are sent from the program. The tag will populate with the application grade level. The syntax for the new tag is as follows:
${grade_level!””}

This tag can be used on any of the Email Templates in the configuration screen.

Description: Fixed the Grade Level on submitted applications when a program admin flips the school year. Now, ELO applications that are submitted in the current year will remain current year grades, and applications submitted as next year will be recorded as next year grades. In addition, any current inaccuracies were repaired via a data fix.
