Troubleshooting Printer Connection Issues: A Step-by-Step Guide
If you're having trouble with your printer not completing the connection from your device's Printer Center to the Print Queue, external factors could be at play. To help resolve this issue, follow the steps below to get your printer back up and running:
1. Ensure Your Browser is Up to Date
An outdated browser can sometimes interfere with printer connections. If you use Google Chrome, it is important to ensure that you are running the latest version.
Here’s how to update Google Chrome:
Open Chrome on your computer.
Click the three vertical dots (More) at the top right of the browser window.
Select Help and then About Google Chrome.
Click Update Google Chrome. If you don’t see this button, your browser is already up to date.
Click Relaunch to complete the update.
2. Clear Your Browser History
Accumulated cache and cookies can sometimes cause connectivity issues. To clear your browser history and refresh your cache and cookies, follow these instructions:

Open Chrome.
On your browser toolbar, tap the three vertical dots.
