The green leaf icon lets you know that the Educational Institution that the requestor requested their records be sent to is in our eTrans Network! Follow-up question you might have, 'What is Scribbles eTrans Network?' It is a list of Educational Institutions that Scribbles has contacted and verified an email address for you to be able to send records electronically to.
This means that you can process, Sign and Send, these records electronically to that Educational Institution with a click of a button!
